Gilbert & Cleveland Estate Agents are celebrating 30 years of successful selling this year! Our ongoing celebrations have included a couple of social media giveaways so far and now we have another exciting prize draw to announce!
We understand that selling your home can be stressful and expensive. We have always aimed to make your selling experience as easy and uncomplicated as possible and, to mark our 30th birthday, we would like to help ease the financial burden for one lucky vendor too by giving them the sale of their home for free.
To be included in the prize draw, simply list your home with us between 1st September – 10th November; the winner will be chosen at random on Tuesday 14th November (our actual birthday) and they will pay no selling fees*!

*Terms and Conditions
- To take part in the Prize Draw, entrants wishing to sell a property must sign a sole agency agreement, agreeing to our standard terms and conditions.
- Upon exchange of contracts the winner will not be required to pay the sole agency selling fee as stated in the agency agreement signed during the period 1st September – 10th November 2023.
- Only owner occupiers eligible.
- The closing date of the competition is Friday 10th November 2023, and all agency agreements must be signed by 5pm that day to be eligible as an entry into the prize draw.
- The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative in place of the stated prize.
- The winner will be selected at random and will be notified by email or phone within 7 days of the draw and all other participants will be made aware by email.
- If you have instructed another agent, the terms and conditions of those instructions must be considered to avoid possible liability to pay two commissions in addition to any withdrawal fees or disbursements.
