Guide to our Tenancy Fees

PAYMENT OF REFERENCE/TENANCY FEE

• Administration fee of £295.00 for 2 adults.
   
• £60.00 for each additional applicant.
   
• Guarantor fee (if applicable)  £90.00 per guarantor

Please note this non-refundable fee covers the cost of taking up references, as well as the setting up of your tenancy. It also acts as a holding fee. It does not form part of the security deposit.

ADDITIONAL TENANCY FEES 

• All future tenancy renewals or periodic leases with incur a charge of £50.00 per agreement.
   
• Check out at the end of the tenancy £50.00
   
• Amendment to lease from £50.00
   
• Outgoing reference from £18.00
