Since the Partnership started with the opening of the Chichester and Bognor Regis offices in 1993 and 1994, it has expanded steadily to cover the coastal area from Elmer Sands to Selsey and the villages inland across to Chichester. The areas we cover include Bognor Regis, Rose Green, Pagham, Felpham, Middleton on Sea, Sidlesham, Hunston, Birdham, Tangmere and everything in between.

At a residential sales level, two long term members of staff have recently become managing partners: Mark Peacock in Bognor Regis and Michael Alder in Chichester. They are furthering our success and have brought their own styles and fresh ideas to the Partnership. Two years ago, Tim Cooper opened the Pagham office and has seen immediate success as a reliable estate agent in a well-loved area of Bognor Regis.

The recent addition of our Lettings Department has provided an extra dimension to our service. Jonathan Gilbert heads up this new department covering the letting needs for landlords and tenants.
