We will photograph your property, record all the measurements and energy ratings to put together a sales pack on your property. We will then launch a marketing campaign to maximise the exposure of your property. This includes advertising in the local press, promoting properties on social media, sending emails to registered buyers and using online property listings.

Instruct a solicitor

We work closely with a number of local solicitors so we can put you in touch with a firm who will be able to take care of your legal requirements.

Conduct viewings

We are on hand to accompany all of your viewings, to help answer any difficult questions and provide feedback after each one.

Receiving an offer

We formally advise you of any offers we receive along with our advice on the credibility of the offer and a recommendation based on our knowledge of the market.

Negotiation of sale

Once we have negotiated with your potential buyer on the sale of your property, we write to all the parties to confirm the agreed price.

Exchange of contracts

Your solicitor will prepare all the legal documentation for the sale of your property and once your buyer's solicitors has confirmed they are happy with the paperwork, an exchange of contracts will be made and a deposit paid.

Completion

Once the final completion monies have been paid, your solicitor will inform us to release the keys to your buyers.
